WBW PRO flexible Coupler cover is Designed for the very best in Water Containment. It is designed for Yamaha-based stand-up watercraft and aftermarket hulls.

Each cover is manufactured from Black flexible 95A TPU, allowing it to move with the engine and driveline instead of behaving like a brittle, rigid plastic cover. The flexible construction helps resist cracking, reduces rattling and provides coverage around the rotating coupler while helping control water in the engine compartment.

Modified engines, engine locations, midshaft assemblies and aftermarket hulls may require trimming or adjustment.

Installation notes:

Position the cover and initially leave the mounting hardware loose. Verify that there is approximately 0.10–0.15 inch of clearance between the end of the cover and the face of the midshaft housing. Tighten the mounting hardware and recheck the clearance before operation.

The engine-side edge may be finished with optional 6-9 mm turf underpadding or self-adhesive weather-stripping foam. Any padding should lightly contact the engine without being heavily compressed. Padding and adhesive are not included.

Before operating the watercraft, confirm that the cover is secure and cannot contact the coupler, midshaft or any other rotating component. Improper installation or insufficient clearance can cause interference and serious damage.
