Wetbike Aftermarket Parts Lists

Gas Cap:

Any riding lawnmower (Snapper, John Deere etc.) These can usually be bought for less than $10 in the lawn and garden section of your local automotive store.

WITH GAUGE: part number AMT1203 from John Deere is direct replacement for stock cap with guage. Has one vent hole on side of clear cap.

Starter Bellows

No longer available thru the Wetbike suppliers. But you can contact http://www.powersportsplus.com/…/SP-27491-38F00.html and request part # 27491-38F00 It is believed to fit the 2002 Suzuki LT-F400 rear axle.

Battery:

Available from Walmart. Lawn and Garden (tractor battery) About $27 for the highest cold cranking amp rated one. Part no. U1

Exhaust elbow:

If you don’t have a spare and need one in a pinch, this commonly stocked radiator hose will do the trick. Carquest #21395

Starter seal:

Located under the starter drive, in the end cap there is a seal. Make sure it’s good or you’ll be getting water inside your starter.

Water supply hose for the engine plate.

Bulk 3/8″ hose will do, but it tends to kink unless you make a large radius bend. This hose will get it done much closer to the engine plate which makes removing and installing the engine easier since it doesn’t foul on the foam.

Cut 1″ from each end for ideal fitment.

Fuel tank check valve: $19.63 shipped.

Fuel pumps: through Sierra Marine (part# 18-7334) for $48 that seem to be working great so far. You can order Sierra from any Carquest, O’Reilly, and every boat parts dealer. Also Amazon for less.

These are for 60hp motors.

Fuel pump gasket.

It is Sierra part # 18-0849.

Cost was under $2.00.

Dust/Water boot for throttle assembly.

The large is a little tight, but little grease on the inside lip of the boot and goes right on.

Starter Spring:

Starter Bushing:

Must be cut to 12mm length, best done on a lathe

Output shaft seal in the jetpump

is a SKF#692307 (25x38x7) – you will need 2. The output shaft bearing is a standard 6005 bearing.

Fuel pickup tube for 60hp bikes.

The fitting should unscrew from the tank. Marpac # 7-0948 is a good replacement for the old tube – just cut to the length you need.
